Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the global hiring strategy by ensuring seamless recruitment coordination and providing high‑quality sourcing support for priority roles across multiple regions. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers worldwide to streamline hiring processes, identify strong talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and ensure operational excellence in all recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled at navigating multiple time zones and cultural environments. They will balance administrative coordination with hands‑on sourcing, enabling the HRBPs to meet its global hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Manage logistics for virtual and on‑site interviews and panel interviews.
- Track interview feedback and ensure it is completed in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.
- Support offer preparation, documentation, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate pre‑boarding activities in partnership with HR and hiring teams.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social channels, referrals, and talent communities.
- Build diverse talent pipelines for multiple global markets across technical, corporate, operational, or commercial roles.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening conversations, and qualification where required.
- Maintain and nurture talent pools for frequently hired or critical roles.
- Provide market insights, talent maps, and competitor analysis to TA Partners.
Candidate Experience Management
- Respond to candidate queries professionally and promptly.
- Ensure timely communication and status updates to maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
TA Operations & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly TA dashboards, status trackers, and pipeline reporting.
- Maintain job postings across platforms and ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
- Support global recruitment projects including employer branding, process optimization, DE&I initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy requirements and compliance standards (GDPR, local employment regulations).
Global Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements.
- Coordinate effectively across India, USA, APAC and Europe, adapting to varied hiring practices and cultural expectations.
