Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of billing and collections, ensuring maximum reimbursement, minimizing denials, and improving overall financial performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and payment posting
  • Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Manage and mentor billing team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and increase collections
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in dental or healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
  • Experience with practice management and billing software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
