Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of billing and collections, ensuring maximum reimbursement, minimizing denials, and improving overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and payment posting
- Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Manage and mentor billing team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and increase collections
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in dental or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
- Experience with practice management and billing software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
