Job Description

The Enrollment Coordinator and Assistant to the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment and Retention provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the Enrollment Division. This role serves as a central point of coordination for divisional initiatives, working closely with department leaders across Admission, Financial Aid, and Advising, to help ensure projects and daily operations move forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Divisional Coordination and Project Management
  • Coordinate divisional initiatives and projects across Strategic Enrollment and Retention, working with department leaders to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration between Admission, Financial Aid, Advising, and other campus partners.
  • Assist with the planning and logistics of divisional meetings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Track action items and follow-up tasks from leadership meetings and ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders.

Operational and Systems Support

  • Provide basic systems support for the Enrollment Division, assisting with routine functions related to institutional systems such as the student information system, CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Acts as a shared Enrollment resource, providing hands-on support across departments during peak cycles to manage workload demands and maintain service levels. This includes but is not limited to support of events such as One Stop Shop, Open House and registration related events.
  • Support data organization, basic reporting, and document preparation using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist departments with document preparation, templates, data tracking, and workflow coordination as needed.

Administrative Support to the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment and Retention

  • Manage the calendar of the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment and Retention, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents.
  • Assist with correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support follow-up on leadership initiatives and projects led by the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment and Retention.
  • Assist the budget manager with managing the enrollment division budget lines

Special Projects

  • Assist with special initiatives and operational projects within Strategic Enrollment and Retention.
  • Conduct basic research, compile information, and support planning efforts for enrollment initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for divisional events, projects, and institutional collaborations.
