Job Description

NAME OF ENTERPRISE: Pueblo of Pojoaque Corporate 
JOB LOCATION: Buffalo Thunder and Cities of Gold Casino’s
REPORTS TO: Players Club Assistant Manager & Manager
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
FLSA STATUS: Full-Time; Salary
TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE (DAYS/HRS PER WEEK): TBD
JOB PURPOSE: To assist the player’s club assistant manager and manager in managing all aspects of the 
players club.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
? Supervisory duties: Acts as back-up supervisor for employees. Assists with coordinating work 
assignments and schedules. May assist with initiating disciplinary action. May assist with 
conducting interviews of new employees. Assists with conducting performance appraisals and 
employee training.
? Assists with all promotional activities for casino and special events.
? Conducts inventory of promotional items and prepared monthly reports for assistant manager 
and manager.
? Assists with slot tournaments, and other special events or drawings.
? Resolves customer complaints.
? Assists with preparing Daily reports by organizing and totaling information.
? Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES): 
? Must be at least 21 years of age or older
? Good knowledge of customer relations practices.
? Good knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
? Ability to supervise and coordinate promotions activities.
? Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities. Must be people oriented.
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
? Skill in using a computer and all applicable programs.
? Basic math, reading, writing and communication skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? High School Diploma or GED
? 1 year casino experience in promotions required; (2) years preferred
? Plus (1) year administrative/business experience preferred
? Computer experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 
? Standing-70% /Walking-10% /Sitting-20%; Casino/Office setting.
? Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise. 
? Some light lifting and carrying required up to 25 pound individual lifts.
? On 24-hour emergency call. 
? Minimal travel required. 
? Shift work required. 
? Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
