As a Crisis Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide telehealth evidence-based behavioral health care including comprehensive clinical assessments, differential diagnosis, creating and implementing co-created clinical treatment plans, and medication management. You will work alongside our diverse and passionate multidisciplinary clinical team taking care of Willow Health’s patients and making an impact in our clinical program. Our clinical team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health clinicians, certified peer specialists, case managers, and clinical operations. Compensation & Leveling:
The listed salary range for this role reflects a range of potential seniority levels, experience, and clinical scope. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, years of clinical experience, licensure, relevant specialty expertise, and role level.
For full-time employees, Willow utilizes a RVU-based compensation model that aligns earnings with clinical volume and performance. This model includes a guaranteed base salary, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on productivity metrics. Details of the compensation structure will be shared during the interview process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Working hours for the clinic are Monday - Friday from 10:30AM to 7:30PM.
This role is a 32 hours, 4 day per week position.
