1 yr Contract

Pay Rate: $25-31/hr DOE

Work Hours: 20:00~05:00 (night shift)

Korean Bilingual Required

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with safety and performance standards. The role includes monitoring processes, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring operational goals are met in line with company objectives.

Job Description:

Operational Management

  • Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays.

Team Leadership

  • Participate team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work culture.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Safety & Housekeeping

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and PPE usage.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S knowledge is a plus).

Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate daily goals, updates, and issues with management and other departments.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries.

Problem-Solving & Improvement

  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies.
  • Suggest process adjustments to reduce waste and optimize productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Korean Bilingual Required
  • Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes (production, logistics, quality, or warehouse operations).
  • Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
