Requirements
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
- Ensure that all food and beverage standards and policies are adhered to, including quality control, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in menu development, pricing, and cost control.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Full Time 40 plus Hours week AM;Mid;PM;Must be flexible;Weekends;Holidays
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of food and beverage costs, revenue, and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume resort or hotel.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- This Position will be complexed across two hotels once our second property opens.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation
$70,000 Annually
