The dishwasher maintains clean and sanitary pots and pans, flat-ware and plate-ware as well as a clean and sanitary kitchen work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Loading or unloading deliveries of food or other stock
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Put away and rotate deliveries
- Remove soiled linen and trash from the building
- Assist in preparation of ingredients.
- And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests
