Music & Media Instructor – Summer Creative Arts Camps



YMCA of the North Shore | Summer 2026



Do you love the performing arts and working with kids? The YMCA of the North Shore is hiring Music & Media Instructors for our Specialty Creative Arts Camps this summer!



We are especially seeking instructors with experience or interest in:

🎭 Theatre | 🎪 Circus Arts | 🎩 Magic | 😂 Comedy | 🎬 Film & Media | 🎶 Music



Guided by the YMCA’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, Creative Arts Instructors help create a fun, inclusive environment where participants can explore creativity, build confidence, and develop new skills.



 



What You’ll Do





  • Lead or assist engaging, age-appropriate creative arts classes and workshops




  • Support skill-building, creativity, and self-expression in a positive environment




  • Prepare materials and assist with setup and cleanup of creative spaces




  • Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming program environment




  • Communicate and collaborate with program staff and families
