    POSITION:  Industrial Technology Teacher

    JOB DESCRIPTIONOnamia Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and highly energetic Industrial Technology Teacher. This position requires the ability to provide leadership to students in the area of construction careers/technology in order to facilitate the development of 21st century skills. This position will focus mainly on the area of woodworking and carpentry. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in implementing researched-based instructional strategies, equity/diversity, and meeting the needs of unique learners. Successful candidates should also be creative and have both good communication and problem solving skills.  

    The Onamia School District is located along the south shore of beautiful Lake Mille Lacs and is just one and a half hours north of Minneapolis on highway 169. 

    Onamia School District qualifies for student loan reduction/forgiveness programs.
