Job Description

Mid-South Care Services is currently in search of a Scheduling and Client Care Representative to join its Memphis, TN team to assist with the company's clients services. Mid-South Care Services is a non-medical in-home care company that assists seniors and people with disabilities in their homes to help them maintain health, safety and independence. Our services include all personal care services, light housekeeping & laundry, meal planning & preparation, medication reminders, shopping & errands, and caring companionship. We service the Shelby County, Tipton County, Fayette County and North Mississippi areas. Our office is located at 5050 Poplar Avenue, Suite 2400, Memphis, TN 38157.

This person will be responsible for client satisfaction, staffing, and the scheduling of in-home care assignments and working assignments as directed. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience and is very comfortable working with a team of Caregivers / CNAs / Home Health Aides to ensure client satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and staffing in-home care assignments
  • Recruiting caregivers and CNAs.
  • Building and Maintaining client relationships.
  • Building and Maintaining employee relationships.
  • Providing the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Assisting with other company functions as needed
  • Working assignments as directed.
  • On-Call Responsibilities.

Requirements include:

  • A compassionate heart
  • Good judgement and strong problem solving abilities
  • Good computer/technical skills (Scheduling Software, Excel, Word, etc.). [We use ClearCare, HealthStar and Sandata, so please let us know if you have experience with any of these, although it is not required.]
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to resolve client and caregiver emergency scheduling needs outside of normal business hours (nights and weekends).
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Availability to work assignments if directed.
  • Good driving record
  • Reliable automobile
  • Current auto insurance

Job Type: Full-time
