  • Define the target-state architecture and operating model for acquired companies in alignment with Construction Resources’ technology and business standards
  • Plan and execute technology integrations including ERP, CRM, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application rationalization
  • Drive Day 1, Day 30, Day 90, and long-term integration milestones to ensure smooth handoff to steady-state operations
  • Identify integration risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Manage external partners and internal resources involved in integration activities
  • Ensure clear communication, change management, and alignment with acquired company leadership and associates
  • Track and report integration progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership
