Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The Project Manager is an entry level role within the Project Management department. This role will work alongside another Manager, Project Management to gain the necessary knowledge and skillsets to become an active contributor to their brand(s) and Woven Health Collective (WHC). Project Managers are great communicators and motivators with an innate ability to �get things done.� As a result, they wear many hats.

The Project Manager is meticulous with details and their organizational skills are close to perfection. Whether it�s routing projects or updating status reports and timing, the only thing that is certain is that no one day is ever the same and you�re always learning the fundamentals of program management.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Independently assess each project and assess best course of action to move forward (clients and internal goals and teams)
  • Communicate with team in a professional manner
  • Develop detailed, professional, and timely communications
  • Provide status updates to senior members of the department
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and reconciliations of active project work; partner with project and account managers to identify risks, scope creep, and course-correct when needed
  • Demonstrate intermediate to mastered routing skills
  • Develop simple estimates and simple to complex timelines
  • Performs these and other duties as assigned in adherence with the standards and expectations of WHC
  • Plans ahead of the curve and skillfully identifies and removes barriers to project success
  • Prioritizes and manages workload to ensure self and team effectiveness
  • Proactively plans day to avoid workflow bottle necks and pinch points
  • Triages email appropriately, prioritizing urgent items that may impact team/project/agency
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies to mitigate risk on budget and timeline impact
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency aligned to client and agency standards of quality when developing project
  • Anticipates the need for change and helps others adjust their priorities and activities to meet the needs of the situation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years� experience in an advertising or digital agency (please specify related experience in your response)
  • 2+ year of project management experience preferably in a Medcomm or Live Meeting
  • Passionate about managing a team
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to be effective in remote work via Zoom etc. with internal teammates, stakeholders, clients, etc.
  • Has financial understanding accounts of $2mm - $3mm + in revenue
  • Great communicator and leader; and able to build rapport with people quickly and easily
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
  • Ability to handle changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
