    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:           
    All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate in the area of Library Science K-12; knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices; excellent oral and written communication; ability to work with computers, the internet, and audio/visual equipment; and an interest in urban education.
