In der 3-jährigen Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) lernst Du viele verschiedene Abteilungen in unserem Unternehmen kennen und übernimmst spannende Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft. Du wirkst bei der Organisation und Koordinierung betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe mit und stehst immer mit anderen Menschen in Kontakt.

Ausbildungsinhalte

  • Kennenlernen des Unternehmens und der Prozesse
  • Mitwirken im Tagesgeschäft in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Finanzen/Controlling, Personal, Logistik, Qualität, Arbeitsvorbereitung)
  • Übernahme von abteilungsspezifischen Tätigkeiten
  • Übernahme von Projekten und abteilungsübergreifenden Aufgaben

Required Skills and Education

Voraussetzungen

  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten
  • Interesse und Spaß am Umgang mit PCs
  • Kommunikation in Wort & Schrift
  • Mindestens guter Realschulabschluss
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit
