Specific Responsibilities Would Include::

• Branded Sleepwear for Men's, Women’s, Kids, and Infant size rages.
• Support the Design Director and Associate Designer in creating and updating pre-costs and design presentation boards.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, silhouettes, colorways, fabrication, and trim. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of CAD.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have::

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Ability to interpret written and verbal feedback from different teams (e.g., factory, licensing, production) and implement design changes accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and feedback meticulously.
• Strong language and communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey design specifications, feedback, and revisions clearly.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Creative mindset with a passion for sports and entertainment.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
