As a CD (Physical Therapist), You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Provide direct patient care while overseeing clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to drive financial success and operational efficiency
- Expand clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing, and patient engagement initiatives
Clinic Director (PT) Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting heavily preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
- 2-3 years of experience working as a licensed therapist in an ortho outpatient clinic; Certificate of Specialization where applicable
- MUST have experience treating post op cases
Compensation: $95K - $115K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
