Albert Lea Area Schools is seeking a dedicated Head Volleyball Coach to lead our high school volleyball program. We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable leader to continue building a competitive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Design and execute practice and game plans.
• Focus on individual and team skill development.
• Oversee all program levels (varsity, JV, and C teams).
• Foster academic accountability and personal growth.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and administration.
• Promote sportsmanship and school spirit.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching and/or competitive volleyball experience.
• Ability to develop a cohesive program across all levels.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet MSHSL and district coaching requirements
• Pay Rate:
• Compensation will be in accordance with Schedule C of the Teacher Master Agreement
