1.    Hold a valid State of Ohio Certificate/License appropriate for assignment.
2.    Meet all health requirements mandated by law.
3.    Submit a letter stating a clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the Federal Bureau of investigation.
