We are looking for a Store Support Coordinator to join our team at our Oberlin location.
Responsibilities:
- Receive visitors and telephone calls, ensuring individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership
- Open service department work orders and track them through to closure and invoicing
- Maintain the service library with current information
- Assist customers with billing questions and invoice inquiries
- Reconcile daily cash till and prepare bank deposits
Requirements:
- General knowledge of mechanical terms
- Administrative support experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-faceted environment
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
