Position Summary:

A Home Upgrade Specialist is assigned one or more specific work types such as MPUs, Trenching, Tree Trimming,

and AC Relocation. They are responsible for coordinating all projects within their assigned work type(s) from start

to finish. This includes maintaining organized project queues, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups, and driving

tasks forward to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Essential Duties:

• Obtain vendor or contractor quotes and ensure projects are properly funded prior to approval.

• Conduct consistent follow-ups to resolve blockers and move projects to a schedule-ready status.

• Communicate clearly and proactively with field resources, customers, and sales representatives.

• Manage and maintain organized work queues to support efficient workflow.

• Uphold high standards of work quality while meeting expected pacing and productivity targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in solar operations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting

or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office

products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to

adjust focus.
