Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include:

• Verifying products for accuracy before shipment to customers
• Preparing picked/completed orders for packing and shipping
• Receiving inbound shipments, reviewing documentation, and communicating any discrepancies or miscounts
• Moving pallets and materials using proper equipment, including hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
• Shrink-wrapping goods for safe loading and transport
• Ensuring the correct labels are applied to all packages
• Loading and unloading trucks from ground level or loading platforms
• Using computers and handheld technology for inventory checks and shipping processes
• Stocking incoming orders and organizing inventory within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Understand and follow the employee manual distributed by Tower Products Incorporated and the Quality Policy Statement

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands
