We’re looking for our next Junior Growth and Performance Designer. Could It Be You?

We are looking for a Junior Growth & Performance Designer to help us turn ideas into high-performing ads and web experiences. This is a high-energy role where you’ll learn the "science" of design. You will work closely with our Senior Designers and Art Directors and Growth Managers to produce, test, and iterate on creative assets that directly impact our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Production: Execute a high volume of static and motion assets for paid social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Implement AI-first workflows to create at scale.

  • Versioning & Testing: Take a winning concept and create 5–10 variations (changing headlines, colors, or footage) to see what resonates best with our audience.

  • Landing Page Support: Assist in building and updating landing pages using tools like Figma, Webflow, and Framer.

  • Asset Management: Keep our creative library organized and ensure all files are optimized for fast loading and platform-specific specs.

  • Learn the "Why": Participate in weekly growth meetings to see how your designs performed and use those insights to improve your next batch of work

  • Experience: 0–2 years in digital/performance design. A portfolio that showcases a mix of static, web, motion/editing, and generative AI tools and workflows (Runway, Luma Labs, Midjourney, etc.).

  • Motion Fluency: Proficiency in AE or adjacent animation tools. You know how to make a static image feel alive.

  • Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You use metrics to guide your design choices, but you still rely on your intuition to push creative boundaries.

  • Technical Toolbelt: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer) is a major plus.

  • Agile Mindset: You prefer shipping and learning over months of “perfecting.” You understand that a 24-hour turnaround on a test is often better than a two-week polished masterpiece.
