This position coordinates aspects of print production and buying for the client’s needs of Marketing and Strategic Communications during the academic year and summer as needed.
Essential Functions

- Manages all client orders of finalized branded forms. Forms include business cards, letterhead, envelopes, note cards, and mailing labels.
- Creates and maintains process maps for all varieties of mass forms orders, accompanied by instructions for production assistant manual.
- Administrates portal ordering system, including pulling reports used in client and vendor communications.
- Opens requested forms projects within project management software.
- Communicates scope of mass forms orders with outside vendor to be incorporated into vendor’s production schedule.
- Writes purchase orders and spec sheets within project management software.
- Distributes proofs for client review.
- Receives and confirms delivery of finished forms products and distributes to clients.
- Receives, labels, distributes and files forms samples.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be a full-time student on Moody’s Chicago campus.
- Strategic and critical thinker with ability to observe processes and contribute improvements.
- Team player who represents MSC positively and confidently to clients.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Conscientious attention to detail in the midst of multi-tasking.
