  • Play a key role shaping and supporting procurement systems
  • Hybrid role based in Brisbane

 

The Role


As the Procurement Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling Dyno Nobel’s Procurement and Supply Chain teams through effective systems, data and reporting. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions that improve efficiency, visibility and decision‑making across the organisation.

Working closely with stakeholders across regions, you will support the implementation, optimisation and ongoing use of procurement systems while building strong relationships with users and vendors.

  • Own and support procurement systems that enable day‑to‑day operations and strategic outcomes
  • Lead and contribute to system implementation, enhancements and rollouts
  • Develop reports and analytics to support spend visibility and decision‑making
  • Partner with IT, procurement and supply chain teams to align systems with business needs
  • Support users through onboarding, troubleshooting and training materials
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the procurement technology roadmap

  • Experience working with procurement or supply chain systems, data and reporting
  • Experience working with SAP, ideally S/4HANA
  • Strong capability in Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a strong attention to detail when working with data and reporting
  • A detail‑focused, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes
