Position:Marketing Manager, MBG Japan
Job Objective:This role would be responsible for developing marketing plans and activities for smartphone product lines for Japan market
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
End to End Marketing Campaign Planning for Japan smartphone products
Driving consumer demand / sell-out for Motorola products in Japan
Media planning, execution and optimization for all product line on all relevant channels
Develop and execute media plans
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Management and coordination with all relevant internal (Finance, SCM, eCom, Product - India and global) and external stakeholders (Media agency, creative agency, PR agency, ecommerce partner)
Drive and deliver on brand and marketing funnel metrics that enable and results in final sales metrics
Drive, Track, Monitor and report consumer insights through consumer research, consumer reviews/comments (Social and eCommerce) and Sentiment (Social)
Adapt global creative assets for local consumption or develop local communication for specific use cases.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure brand deliverables
Skills Required
10+ years of marketing experience for smartphones or consumer electronic products (Full time MBA degree is preferred)
Very strong experience of media planning and marketing communication – digital. ATL experience would be good to have
Strong experience of working with eCommerce marketplaces and retail
Experience of product marketing a strong advantage
Strong communication skills including proficiency in English
Experience working with a team and delivering results in a fast-paced setting
