Quality Analyst
Position Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Analyst position monitors and reviews research content published by analysts, such as opportunities, contracts, and other information of value to our clients, to evaluate compliance with research quality standards and performance. Based on the monitoring, the Quality Assurance Analyst tracks and reports on performance and quality metrics of analysts’ work product as well as the database content. The Quality Assurance Analyst provides recommendations concerning content deficiencies and process improvements based on their findings. The successful applicant must have superior writing and communication abilities and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in government procurement or market research. Advanced Degree preferred, but not required
Minimum of 2 year professional experience in marketing, customer support, data collection, business development, government relations or other related field
Must have superior writing skills, including outstanding grammar, and attention to detail
Must have excellent computer and Internet skills including Microsoft Office and Internet research
Knowledge of or a keen interest in the public sector marketplace is highly desirable
Excellent client and personal relationship skills; team player: enthusiastic, hardworking and pleasant attitude
Capable of independently managing time & tasks to accomplish content & product objectives.
