Job Description
Responsible for the initial review and recording of workplace injuries for all entities and facilities. In coordination with third-party administrator, ensures the timely processing of all employee workplace injuries and workers' compensation claims. Evaluates employee injury reports for completeness and ensures that the proper documentation and information have been reported by employees and managers. Communicates with the employees and managers on reported workplace injuries, claims and work status

SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation rules and regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA and disability laws, short term, and long-term disability

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Required:
• Minimum 2-years in workers’ compensation administration
• Minimum 1-year in benefits administration
• High school diploma or GED certification
