About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality Assurance to join our team in the Business Services industry. Minimum Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the Business Services industry
- Certification in quality management
