What You’ll Do 

The Program Manager of Change Management is responsible for coordinating the controlled implementation of product and process changes in manufacturing. Responsibilities include covering the end-to-end change control process (planning, review, implementation, and closure). 

  •    Facilitate the manufacturing change control board        
  •    Engage all manufacturing disciplines in the review and disposition of changes        
  •    Review engineering change notices (ECN) and bill of materials (BOM) changes        
  •    Develop change implementation project plans         
  •    Engage internal stakeholders to ensure change compliance while minimizing operations impact.    

 

What You’ll Bring 

  •    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred)        
  •    6 + years relevant experience change control/management processes        
  •    Experience in manufacturing environments preferred    
  •    Ability to review and interpret Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and engineering drawings        
  •    Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs        
  •    Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
