WHO WE ARE
Low Tide Properties is a private real estate investment, development, and management company founded in 2010 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Our purpose is to create great places where people thrive, and we do this through our mission of improving properties to benefit our tenants and the neighbourhoods we serve, with a focus on long-term value creation across our office, industrial, multifamily rental, and retail portfolio.
WHAT WE DO
At Low Tide, we do things differently in both the communities we invest in and within our workplace. We invest in neighbourhoods and properties we know best, guided by strong tenant partnerships and a deep commitment to creating meaningful, lasting impact through thoughtful, community-focused actions.
Tenant service is our priority, and we actively contribute to vibrant neighbourhoods by supporting local initiatives, engaging with Business Improvement Associations, and maintaining safe, clean, and well-presented properties.
Internally, we foster a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment built on trust, accountability, and high performance, where employees are empowered to grow and supported through ongoing learning, feedback, and development opportunities.
