Hours: Flexible Schedule (Evening Hours)
We are seeking candidates with availability Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

What You'll Do
- Answer the phones promptly.
- Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
- Close out repair orders in computer.
- Prepare and make deposits.
- File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
- Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
- Input of additional service requests

What You'll Need
- Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
- Pleasant and professional phone manners
- Attention to detail and administrative filing
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
