Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities of Custodian/Janitor:

• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down hard surfaces
• Sweep, mop floors
• Clean interior windows/doors

Requirements of School Custodian/Janitor:

• No Experience, No Problem!
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK (no charges within the last 7 years)

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions. 

Shifts Available - 2:00pm to 10:00pm (2nd Shift) and 10:00pm to 6:00am (3rd Shift)
