Sign-on bonus up to $5,000!!!!

Pay: $35–$45 per hour with incentive pay up to $55 per hour — no cap on earnings.

Incentive pay up to $55 per hour — no cap on earnings.


General Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
  • Perform annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.
  • Deliver superior customer service experience.
  • Work efficiently and safely while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on company needs.
  • Travel to job locations, lifting up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.


  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
  • EPA Universal certification.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
