The Paint and Powder Coating Helper can safely and efficiently load and unload parts from the paint line and/or learn to perform the powder coat/paint process. Individuals do not need previous painting, or powder coating experience.  We will train the right person!

General Requirements:

• Assist in the setup, operation and tending of machines used to coat and paint a wide variety of metal products.
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to visually and physically inspect all parts entering and exiting paint system to ensure parts meet our stringent quality standards
• Be able to read and comprehend written work instructions and follow established process to achieve consistently repeatable results
• Maintain good housekeeping, clean booth between color changes, clean equipment regularly, and assist with other duties as assigned
• Cross-train supporting other function as needed
• Working with team members to ensure customers deadlines are met
• Good attitude, strong work ethic, and stable work history a must
