As an Emergency Response Officer, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s responding to emergency or non - emergency incidents, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Emergency Response Officer:

• Monitor the premises to ensure fire safety
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, rescue operations, and hazardous incidents
• Participate in fire inspections and prevention activities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Emergency Response Officer:

• You have an EMT, Fire, or Paramedic background
• You have minimum Basic 20 fire hours certification through the Kentucky Fire Commission or equivalent
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Emergency Services experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
