Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Project Manager (Facilities) - in LaBella’s Program Management Services Division working from our client’s office in Rochester, NY.

The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning and execution of facilities‑related projects, including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations, and space reconfigurations. This role assists project managers in coordinating project activities, gathering project data, and helping ensure work aligns with facility standards, safety guidelines, and schedule expectations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
