We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to support a greenfield uranium mill project transitioning from operational readiness into the construction phase. This role will play a key part in ensuring that all site facilities and supporting infrastructure are engineered, constructed, and commissioned to meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
The Facilities Engineer will provide technical expertise across mill and wellfield systems, supporting both design review and field execution in a highly regulated uranium mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for site facilities, mill infrastructure, and wellfield systems
- Support construction and operational readiness activities as the project advances into execution phase
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation for compliance with project and regulatory standards
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of facilities and associated systems
- Collaborate with construction, operations, and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Provide field engineering support, resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning
- Ensure all work aligns with safety, environmental, and uranium industry regulatory requirements
- Support contractor management and technical oversight during execution of facility works
- Assist in developing and optimizing maintenance and operational readiness strategies for mill systems
