Job Purpose
The Client Success Representative plays an important role in the post-sale lifecycle, ensuring the seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction of clients using FastCast. Serving as the initial, dedicated single point of contact, you will spend a lot of time at client offices. As a highly professional and presentable brand ambassador, your goal is to build deep trust, maintain excellent rapport with clients, and help them fully leverage our casting platform.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in customer facing roles in the technology industry as an account manager or business development roles
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to network and connect with diverse stakeholders in the entertainment industry
Highly presentable and articulate, with a strong personality presence suitable for daily in-person client interactions
A strong sense of customer empathy and confidence in presentation settings
Ability to notice and retain details, think on your feet, problem-solve, and articulate actionable items based on customer needs
Strong familiarity with the Indian entertainment industry is highly preferred
Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced professional environment
Masters degree is preferred
Job responsibilities
Act as the dedicated, single point of contact for existing enterprise clients, providing hands-on support at their physical offices across Mumbai and other cities as and when needed.
Own onboarding and training activities utilising technical product expertise and understanding of client-specific use cases.
Respond to client queries in a timely and considerate manner, via phone, email or chat.
Investigate technical issues as reported by clients and pass them on to the product team.
Provide proactive, ongoing product education and access to education materials to clients.
Proactive coordination with Sales, Support and Marketing to problem-solve strategies to increase client engagement and product usage.
Act as a champion for the client, ensuring their needs and challenges are understood and communicated to internal executive and program stakeholders.
Present a highly polished, professional, and presentable image at all times while representing FastCast at client offices, on sets, or during industry events.
Build and maintain a great rapport with casting directors, production executives, and other clients, serving as a trusted advisor and relationship manager.
Actively network within the Indian entertainment industry to strengthen FastCast’s reputation and foster a sense of community amongst our users.
