Prestigious San Diego based Community Association Management Company is currently seeking a highly intelligent, industrious, take-charge, on-site Assistant Community Manager for a beautiful large master planned community in Chula Vista. The ideal candidate will be a positive, articulate, well organized, energetic,

resourceful and detail-oriented individual with a "can do" attitude who is interested in cultivating thriving communities through relationship building. This creative person must enjoy working with people, be a great team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills and understands the importance of providing a high level of service to our client. Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills are required. Experience with organizing and programming community social events and reservations for resident events is essential.





You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, office management proficiency and computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher) and be able to gracefully juggle many different time critical tasks at the same time while working independently and with the management team.



Job responsibilities include:




  • Community Events and Activities production including budgeting, coordination and execution

  • Developing a volunteer base to support the events and activities

  • Composing electronic newsletters, website postings, flyers, email blasts and homeowner correspondence

  • Facility oversight for onsite community clubhouse including safety inspections, work order management and vendor oversight

  • General clubhouse and pool facilities administration: resident ID cards, pool access fobs, clubhouse facility reservation management, and resident inquiries

  • Community enforcement inspections as needed and process enforcement letters and follow-up

  • Interaction with vendors who provide services for events and for the community

  • Other daily duties as assigned include answering phone calls, assisting resident walk-ups at the on-site office,

  • generating letters, vendor work orders and follow-up, architectural processing, and assisting the GM as needed

  • Generating receipts and tracking all on-site payments received into Excel spreadsheet, for accounting.
