Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         Deliver, run, and upload routine and requested data reports.

·         Confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered with the audit process.

·         Prepare new hire files in Infinium and Taleo systems including inputting all new hire paperwork.

·         Monitor email regularly for personal action forms, obtains appropriate signatures for processing, and inputs all data as needed within company and gaming compliance guidelines and policies.

·         Verify on a monthly basis all termination personal action forms in coordination with company compliance team members for review.

·         Review, verify, audit, and terminate team members listed on gaming control board reports on a monthly basis.

·         Demonstrate a high level of integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.

·         Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this job description.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

·         Must have knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts.

·         Detail oriented and proficient in data entry.

·         Outstanding coordination and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

·         Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

·         Must have intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge and strong analytical skills.

·         Ability of simple reading, writing, math, and complex task completion skills is required.

·         Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, analyzing, precision working, following instructions, memorization and problem solving.

·         Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.

·         Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·         Minimum 2 years’ of HRIS and/or database/data-entry in high volume business is required or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. 

 

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

·         Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing with the Nevada Gaming Board.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

·         While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, and bending over during the duration of their shift.

·         Must be able to lift/carry 10lbs or less.

·         The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands and require frequent light grasping motions and occasional firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.

·         Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

·         Work performed consistently indoors alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others around computer equipment and other electrical devices.
