Brand Marketing Manager (Campaigns & Flagship Event)
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated brand campaigns and oversee our annual flagship event, MooFest, along with other key brand initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Local Retail Branding, you will play a key role in shaping brand perception, driving visibility, and building meaningful connections with customers through both large-scale campaigns and high-impact events.
This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on in execution, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and able to deliver results across channels and markets.
Responsibilities
Lead Integrated Brand Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Partner with Content, Performance, Creative, PR, and Business Development teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Support global brand initiatives and localize them for the Singapore market.
Own the Annual Flagship Event (MooFest)
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of MooFest, our annual flagship brand event.
- Define event strategy, concept, and experience to support brand and business objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee on-site execution and ensure smooth operations.
Drive Brand Consistency and Experience
- Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
- Work with global and local teams to maintain strong brand hygiene.
- Support brand training and internal alignment where needed.
Collaborate Across Teams and Markets
- Work closely with Singapore and headquarters teams to align campaigns with overall company initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Measure Impact and Optimize Performance
- Define KPIs for campaigns and events.
- Track performance and derive insights for continuous optimization.
