What You’ll Do:
As an F&I Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the dealership’s success by managing the finance process from start to finish:
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, protection plans)
- Structure deals and secure financing through lender relationships
- Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Maintain high product penetration and profitability
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal potential
- Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-focused experience
- Accurately complete all paperwork and funding processes
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous F&I experience in an automotive dealership required
- Strong closing skills and proven track record of performance
- Knowledge of lending practices, compliance, and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
