The Breakfast Attendant will attend to the guest’s needs
during breakfast service each morning.
It is the attendant’s responsibility to greet the guests in a friendly manner,
ensure they feel welcomed, and maintain the supply of items to meet the needs
of guests in attendance. This is a vital customer service role as you will be
in constant contact with guests. The breakfast/social attendant has the unique
opportunity to engage with guests and make a lasting positive impression.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Set up attractive food
displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
o Maintain adequate
supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays.
o Practice safe work
habits and use required safety equipment.
o Make a positive lasting
impression on our guests by interacting with them, ensuring their
breakfast experience and their stay was enjoyable.
o Maintain a clean kitchen
and guest area at all times
o Practice safe work
habits and use required safety equipment.
o Ensure overall guest
satisfaction.
o Perform other duties as
requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS
o Food service experience
o Knowledge of hotel
operations
o Strong background in
customer service
o High School degree or
equivalent
