Hourly rate $26-$29 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Foreman to lead commercial painting and waterproofing crews. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and according to scope and quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual preferred, leadership in the field, experience with high rise/multi-family commercial projects and the ability to drive production while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate crew members on commercial painting and waterproofing projects
• Ensure work is completed to company and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing all PPE and OSHA requirements
• Communicate clearly with project managers, superintendents, and clients
• Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and safety documents
• Manage and track daily progress, hours, and material usage
• Ensure all materials and tools are on-site and ready prior to daily start
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, assisting crews with painting and waterproofing application
• Conduct quality control checks and correct deficiencies in the field
• Participate in and lead jobsite safety meetings
• Attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and represent the paint/waterproofing scope
• Use iPad and digital tools to complete reports, timesheets, and job updates
