Member Care Representative – Local Fare Jax

Local Fare Jax delivers locally sourced food from trusted farmers directly to families across our community. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Member Care Representative to ensure every delivery experience is smooth, accurate, and personal.
This is not just a customer service job — it’s a key operations role that protects the trust between our members and our farmers.
What You’ll Own
- Respond to 40–60 member inquiries per day via phone and email
- Resolve delivery issues quickly and accurately
- Manage order adjustments before weekly fulfillment deadlines
- Help members customize deliveries and recommend seasonal items
- Track and document interactions clearly in our system
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Members consistently receive timely, accurate responses
- Order errors and delivery confusion are minimized
- You can confidently navigate our systems without supervision
- You proactively flag patterns or operational gaps
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or admin roles
- Is extremely detail-oriented (small mistakes matter in food delivery)
- Communicates clearly and calmly, especially when solving problems
- Is dependable and comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday consistently
- Cares about local food and community — but also values process and precision
