We offer a variety of menu items from appetizers, wings, ribs, steaks, burgers, seafood, sandwiches, to dessert. Chuck’s is the place for those who love to eat without breaking the bank. Line Cooks are an essential part of the restaurant and food service industry. They support the Chef and are responsible for preparing ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and sometimes entire dishes. This takes some of the workload off of the Chefs so the restaurant or food service establishment can run more efficiently. They know how to follow recipes, use standardized ingredients, and meet expectations for distribution of food products. They are also well-versed in regulations and methods required to ensure safety and the absence of food-borne pathogens and contaminants, including safe temperatures to cook and keep food, proper washing procedures, and an understanding of how to keep tools and prep areas clean and properly sanitized.


  • Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures
  • Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents to ensure follow-up and prevention
  • Adhere to all regulations including blood borne pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous materials and fire safety
  • Serve food in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature
  • Report any infraction in the food services department policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as required
