Your Responsibilities:
Lead and manage residential collections activities, including outstanding balance recovery, dispute resolution, and cash application support
Coach, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting performance reviews
Manage assigned collections portfolios and provide back‑up support across the team as required
Execute and contribute to collection strategies to meet portfolio targets and effectively manage financial risk
Analyze accounts receivable data to ensure timely collection, appropriate resourcing, and informed decision‑making
Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve collection‑related issues
Promote and interpret credit and collections policies while ensuring governance, audit, and compliance requirements are met
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including process enhancements and system initiatives
Coordinate reporting, performance tracking, and insights, and present results to key stakeholders
Your Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and engage teams to achieve strong performance while fostering accountability and a positive employee experience
Sound judgment and problem‑solving capability, with a proactive approach to identifying issues, managing financial risk, and driving practical solutions

Your Experience:
Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of progressive business experience, including proven people leadership responsibilities
Experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable, with familiarity using AR management and reporting tools; bilingualism considered an asset
