| DESCRIPTION: | The Community School Before & After Care Instructor plans and directs activities, provides instruction and care for children in a wide variety of duties. Active supervision within the program space, gym, and playground, as assigned, directed by a child care supervisor. The Instructor directly assists the supervisor in daily operations of the program. Must work as a team member and exercise good judgement, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members. Candidates must have patience and enjoy working with children. Must be able to stand, walk/run and lift 10lbs. Prior experience working with children is preferred. |
| REQUIREMENTS: | Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary or secondary education or the human services field. Attach copy of college transcripts. |
