Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team and drive excellence in safety, quality, and production. This role requires 3–5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm (occasional Fridays)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise all department personnel, production activities, and daily workflow


• Ensure a safe work environment through PPE compliance, safety training, and incident response


• Drive quality performance through training, inspections, documentation, and non‑conformance control


• Monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance/engineering


• Maintain a clean, audit‑ready production floor and ensure accurate production/quality data entry


• Coach and develop employees, enforce policies, manage scheduling, and communicate effectively with leadership
